Indiana University was the first to include Graston Technique^® in its teaching curriculum. In 2000, Graston Technique^® was included in the graduate kinesiology course for athletic trainers and is now an elective in the physical therapy program. In the last eight years, Graston Technique^® has become part of the curriculum at 32 respected universities and colleges, in doctoral physical therapy and chiropractic programs and in the athletic training master's degree program.

Most importantly, GT is approved for continuing education for chiropractors, occupational therapists and physical therapists as well as for athletic trainers by the BOC, the accrediting organization for ATCs.
