Registrations should not be considered "accepted" until the registrant has received confirmation from Graston Technique, LLC.
Rescheduling notice received via email, fax, or letter 15 days prior to the scheduled training is subject to a $50 administrative fee. The balance will be applied toward the same training within the next 12 months. Cancellation with request for a refund is subject to a $100 fee. Cancelling or rescheduling with less than 15 days notice will result in loss of 50 percent of the training fee, and the balance will be applied to the same course any time with the next 12 months. Registrants are responsible for any increase in fees. Failure to attend without notice will result in complete loss of fees. GT reserves the right to cancel a training course at any time and will issue a full refund. Registration fees are subject to change.
Graston Technique, LLC reserves the right to alter dates, times, locations, content, and faculty to accommodate unexpected needs. GT cannot be responsible for expenses incurred by registrants if the program is cancelled or altered.
Guest Attendance Policy
While Graston Technique, LLC is sympathetic to family members and friends who may travel with you, it is our policy that only paid registrants can attend GT trainings.
The potential for disruption is too great with others in the training room or designated areas. In addition, the extensive lab portion of our training is conducted in pairs. The distraction or absence of a clinician during any portion of the training will negatively affect the learning experience of his/her designated lab partner.
Also, there is an issue of liability for the host site and for GT, and liability may not be waived.
